Can you help me with design?
Absolutely. We have qualified graphic designers who will create artwork from concept to completion, or modify existing artwork for a modest £20 per hour.

What resolution is your print?
For banners up to 3m square we print at 720dpi. For larger sizes we use 300dpi.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order .

What materials do you supply?
We supply a vast array of materals, of which PVC, canvas, fabric and mesh are the most common. See our products page for more info.

How many colours can I use in my design?
As many as you like - thanks to our CMYK digital printing method there's no 'per-colour' charge or set-up fees.

Does hemming and eyeletting cost extra?
No, standard hemming and eyeletting is included in the price. For more complex custom hems, eyelets and pockets an additional fee may be payable.

What's the maximum size you'll print?
We have no maximum size! Click here for the quote form.

Are your products fire-retardant?
Yes, all the banners and backdrops we supply are fully fire-retartant.

What's your turnaround time?
Generally 4 to 5 working days - make sure you check your deadline with us prior to placing an order.

How should I supply my graphics?
For smaller backdrops a general guide would be at least quarter the finish size at 300dpi or higher, as a raw photoshop file, TIFF, pdf or eps file. Vector graphics (from software such as Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand) are also ideal, and can be scaled to any size without loss of quality. For larger backdrops (5m square +) file resolution can be reduced to between 50 and 150dpi.

Artwork can then be emailed to sales@prime4print.co.uk, or posted to us on CD or DVD to Prime 4 Print, 9 Peacock Yard, Iliffe Street, London SE17 3LH.

Can you supply proofs?
Yes, we can supply pdf proofs for sign-off if requested.

How do I pay?
We request payment prior to printing. We can accept payment via cheque, postal orders, credit/debit cards via PayPal, and direct bank transfer.

How is my backdrop delivered?
Your backdrop is delivered via courier.

Do you ship overseas?

London auto repairs specialist Mike Grainger Autos Ltd felt that the time had come to rebrand. Prime 4 Print were approached and were more than happy to come on board.

Using the latest in digital design technology, a 'friendlier' brand image was created - using large format solvent printers we then produced a range of signs and a new storefront sign, along with new litho printed stationary.

For a recent production of Dick King Smith's 'The Crowstarver', inventive Exeter based production company Theatre Alibi approached Prime 4 Print to produce a stage backdrop for the show. Due to the detailed nature of the illustration we opted for large format die-sublimation printing onto fireproof Polyester. Thanks to superb print quality and colour reproduction, and meeting a tight deadline, Laura, Stage Manager at Theatre Alibi was delighted with the results; "Many thanks for the great job on the backdrop - it looks fantastic. Top Green Day tribute band Greenish Day are virtually indistinquishable from the
real thing, right down to the stage set. With a tour booked
for May, they needed a
backdrop identical to the
real thing. We took images
of the real Green Day
backdrop and drew up
Greenish Day a version in
Adobe Illustrator. With the proofs approved, we went
on to print a canvas stage backdrop in time for the UK tour.

Jason from the band was thrilled with the backdrop, commenting "Just got the banner and its awesome! Thanks so much for finishing off our stage set!"
